Customer Service like no other.
The customer service I have received thus far from SAGE is honestly second to none. Steven Udberg especially has really helped put my mind at ease should I ever encounter any issues with the software. Any of the issues I had have all been solved in less than 10 minutes.

Ask for Simon!
Simon Evans has helped me on multiple occasions now and he is always jolly and happy to help. The experience of working with Simon has made transitioning to Sage so much easier, and less scary. Thank you Simon!

I called up Sage Support team as I had problem with my remote access. I have to say I am impressed with the Helpline Support Team, Justine and Mark helped me solve my problem, they were so helpful, patient and very clear with their instructions on the phone. I would give them 5 Stars.

Excellent experience with SAGE so far!
Excellent experience with SAGE so far! Easy to use platform which was key for me. Their support is 10/10 - I had a phone call from one of their Customer Success Managers who took me through the platform and helped to get it setup. Great webinars and videos as well showing you how to use the software. Overall top marks!

After the software update on the 21st Feb, two of our users were unable to access the application. Jack rectified the issues quickly and efficiently.
