Excellent Customer Support
Sage Customer Support Service is excellent, the advisors are always very pleasant and professional. I always get assistance quickly for any issue (no matter how small!) that I contact them for.

First class service
I dealt with Rebecca Castle, and also Will in the Technical team. Both Rebecca and Will were incredibly helpful, polite, and patient with my many questions. It's the first time I have set up payroll from scratch, and the Sage team could not have done more to guide me through the process.

Love the many 'help' options
Love the many 'help' options. I can get a referral to a helpful article, talk to a person, watch a short "how to" video or log a case with uploaded images for non-critical issues. For this case, it was critical and I got help within minutes.
