I had to contact Sage twice today…
I had to contact Sage twice today regarding the migration of an existing Sage API setup to a new system. Both Paul and David in technical support were excellent, understood what the problem was and what was required to resolve it very quickly on each occasion. The customer's perception of the success of their Sage upgrade was dependant on how quickly their business critical API was back up and running. Sage Software Changed my Life.
I have been using Sage Software for a number of years now. I started with Sage Payroll, and I was so happy with the support I received and the ease at which the software made the whole payroll process, I started using Sage accounting too. Again I found fantastic support and a great way to do my day to day invoicing and accounting. Covid forced many changes in my life, as well as many others I am sure. Best helpline ever
I used the Sage helpline to help resolve a bank connection problem. Bradley Harris was the person who resolved the problem. His patience was absolutely amazing. His expertise was equally amazing. My computer skills are an embarrassment but Bradley ploughed on pleasantly with good humour. Thanks again Bradley. Five star employee.

Helpful (and patient)
Gordon was very helpful (even when I wasn't able to give him all of the bits of information he needed to resolve the problem). He followed up with a phone call later in the day to keep me up to date with progress. Shortly after his call the problem was resolved Very efficient.

Always helpful
We've recently needed help with the online portal, set up and resetting emails and this was easy and our employees also love the portal and being able to have all their payslips readily available. I'm quite new to using sage but always find the help desk very useful, they always seem to know what you are asking and have the best solution for you.
