Remittance layout change
I contacted Sage support to ask why the remittances were not showing the 1st references when emailed to suppliers. Dale was very helpful and amended the form also adding the logo for each school in the process. I would recommend the support team

The Tech Support at Sage is amazing
The Tech Support at Sage is amazing. All departments are so helpful. They will go out of their way to help. It doesnt matter how big or small the issue there is always a friendly voice at the end of the phone whilst you are having a full meltdown! However much they are paying them it probably isnt enough!! Thank you Guys are are all legends!

Contacted me at pre arranged time. Had a clear understanding of what was required rom initial submission. Designed the report to suit requirements exactly. Provided useful assistance to upload and access report.

EAST OR WEST SAGE IS THE BEST
Sage always has been the best ever when it comes to support. Have been client for more than 25 years and never had any software of sage ever crash as the platform is so stable and you cannot improve at all on the support side. Best

Sage 200 (HMRC) VAT Submission error
Mo Samid had seen this error before and advised that this was unlikely to be a Sage 200 issue, but as the issue was experienced via the Sage 200 VAT submission by the customer, he recognised that it it would be a case of demonstrating to the customer the HMRC configuration behind this, which should indicate the specific issue. What Mo advised resolved the issue for the customer.

Used for some years now
My maths is ok but not brilliant so needed something that was time efficient and easy to use. With a bit of basic training I started to find my way around from 2014. It does what I need as I'm a Fixed Price Yacht/Boat broker so an extremely high turnover of money with mainly different customers each time and this system makes it easy to track customer money in and out and any profit I make after VAT and costs. That's why I'm still with it,

Payroll Pension
