Total and complete scam, They send out mass emails to try and hook you, so after you enter your details they can sell them to the "next" company... Utter joke these guys are.... If you want a REAL VPN do YOUR RESEARCH...

SaferVPN's billing department cheats
This rating is ONLY for SaferVPN's billing department. They are not worth any star!I am the owner of a 3 year subscription and all over satisfied. A few weeks ago I complained about the Amazon Prime Video service is not working. The Online Helper did not understand my partial complains and started a cancellation process with refund.Within an email I explained the fault and payed a new 3 year subscription. Good product with top notch customer service. It was easy to install. When I got caught up on an error I made, the customer service rep Mia Kaplan, was able to diagnose and solve the issue quickly and remained patient with me the entire time. Try this product out, you won't be disappointed.
