Describe the project or task Safeguard Global helped with: We asked Safeguard to add a bonus in for one person two weeks prior to the actual payroll. We were initially told it was impossible. The bonus would have to wait until the following pay period which would be six weeks out. After several groveling emails, it turned out that we were able to receive the bonus in the original timeframe requested. I do not understand why it was so difficult.
