A very good alternative for Slack
What do you like best? The combination of chat, task and posts in a each channel, which makes it easy to have a fast paced chat, at the same time, deliberate on discussions that need lot of thought in posts and solicit comments from rest of the team members. What do you dislike? It does not work well on mobile and has lot of latency issues on 4g network too. It takes a lot of time to initially load, which gives a terrible experience on low bandwidth Internet connections. The tasks have ...

Nearly perfect tool with some short comings
What do you like best? Simplicity of the interfaces (Browser, iOS), forum short codes, preview of files, task management, stability/reliability of the platform, What do you dislike? - There is no backup solution so far. This should be fixed asap!!! Backups in .xml format preferred. - There is no support for "General Data Protection Regulation". Every customer has to conclude an individual contract with Ryver. This is not state of the art. - The task management is missing ...

Ryver has been a great collaboration tool for our coaching staff
What do you like best? We are a large high school football program with 20 coaches. Ryver has completely replaced email and group text messages as our method of collaboration. Until you have used Ryver you don't realize how much it streamlines conversations and allows for great dialogue. The conversations stay on topic. It is a source of great collaboration and entertainment for our staff. What do you dislike? The notifications for Topics are sometimes confusing to our less tech savvy ...

Used a communication log
What do you like best? We like that you can reply to previous comments to keep the stream of information together. What do you dislike? The search feature seems to pick and choose what it wants to show and also lists its findings in a strange order. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to communicate between multiple locations in the present time. We are all on the phone constantly so Ryver allows us to assist each ...

Ryver: Good UI, Simple API, Ease of Use off the charts
What do you like best? The Ryver API is simple and intuitive It is by far my most favorite feature. It's a bit dumbed down and therefore seems limited in functionality, but perhaps I just haven't dug deep enough. What do you dislike? Poor calendar and document management. Ryver is only slightly better organized than Email. The collaboration ability more than makes up for this. I LOVE that I can delete chat messages, but it seems like that opens the platform up to abuse by upper ...

Cheaper and Just as Good as Slack
What do you like best? I love the fact that Ryver is so cost effective. I work with a big team at a startup, so Slack wasn't really in our budget. Ryver is just as good and has really helped us increase communication. It's been a great way to not only avoid some "is this broken for you guys too" emails, but has also been great for morale. A well-placed gif can make the day! What do you dislike? What I like least about Ryver is that it can be a little harder to navigate for our team. ...
