Great way to communicate with lots of team members!
What do you like best? I love that you can create different teams so you can have multiple private conversations with teams and make sure everyone who needs to know something can get the information. I like being able to create topics within the teams to keep things organized. Its also nice to be able to tag people so you make sure they are notified. What do you dislike? I wish they had a calendar capability so we could also have group calendars within the app. What problems are ...

A good communication tool that lacks a few features but gets regularly updated
What do you like best? It's a good communication tool that does what is required. You can easily add new users, create public/private rooms. There has not been any major downtime that would have impaired our ability to communicate inside our company or with our partners. They're constantly trying to improve their product by rolling out updates every few weeks. The price is also really attractive with a one-time payment compared to a solution where you pay for every user you add. ...

Ryver
What do you like best? The interface is simple and easy to use. Very easy to find information. What do you dislike? I'm not in love with the way threads / responses are shown. With each response, the complete thread is repeated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy communication and collaboration with our team.

Team of 12 working smoothly
What do you like best? The interface is intuitive. Since the last update both the mobile app and desktop app have been completely stable. The tasks system is easy to use and the multiple boards allow for great project separation. What do you dislike? I wish there were a few more bots. Is. A time clock bot. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our entire team is managed remotely using ryver it is our office.

The best solution for a team which must communicate with a lot of external stakeholders
What do you like best? The pricing model fits perfectly for my agency, where we need to include a lot of external stakeholders inside communications. Our partners, customers and collaborators always found a gentle on-boarding phase. Built-in mailboxes and tasks features improved the way we manage some of our workflows. If you have a breadcrumb of OPs knowledge in your team, you can integrate Ryver with a huge amount of 3rd parties services thanks to advanced incoming webhooks and ...

Simple but powerfull communications
What do you like best? Ryver is easy to get to grips with. We use if for our Parents Association, so is used by a disparate group with all skill levels with no training and they just get it. What do you dislike? File attachments are just listed by the posting. Having a summary of attachments for each forum would be very handy. Recommendations to others considering the product: There are a number of similar products on the market, so check what you need and what it will cost ...

Getting a Handle on Committees
What do you like best? Being able to administer various committees in our organization with Private Teams, Topics and Tasks is just what we needed. While they've tried other collaboration software in the past, Ryver seems the most intuitive. What do you dislike? So far, I don't have enhancement suggestions. Getting user adoption is the biggest challenge. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Focused discussion, clear outline of ...
