Very powerful tool
What do you like best? Unlimited collaboration with external users. Very smooth to use, no training required. Its subscription model helps you achieve more with less, not charging for every little feature. What do you dislike? Mobile app is a little heavy and buggy, but allows use of most functions. Desktop client is very heavy. Recommendations to others considering the product: Stop using email and get your customers to use it. What problems are you solving with the ...

Fantastic product
What do you like best? It provides all of the productivity tools we need in a single place. What do you dislike? It think the android app can be much better. It is very slow. Should try to implement something similar to WhatsApp. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It improves team communication hence overall efficiency.

As a previous user of Slack, Ryver is a much more useful communication tool!
What do you like best? Ryver combines all the communication tools you need on one platform. Internal SMS, file sharing, task management, audio calls, video calls, screen sharing...which leaves Slack in the dust! What do you dislike? Give me a simplified video and screen sharing process and add a task calendar, and you guys will take over the world! Recommendations to others considering the product: Dump Slack right away and move to Ryver. It will make your work life much ...

Easy team communication
What do you like best? I love the topics to keep communication organized, but you can also chat one on one if you need to. What do you dislike? The UI could be a little nicer. I'd love to have more shortcuts. And the mobile app is pretty slow. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is the best solution of its kind that I've seen. It's definitely got room for improvement, but it's a simple solution that lets you organize communication into topics while still ...

Better than Slack
What do you like best? I love the checklist and tasks. This was lacking from our previous portal and once I saw this feature I was sold. I can now track my employees progress on a task or project and they can check each others too. It's probably the single reason why we have stay with Ryver. What do you dislike? When we have our phones plugged into our car and listening to music, the music stops when we open up Ryver when a new notification hits. Recommendations to others ...

Invaluable Communication Tool for our Company
What do you like best? The ease of use and navigation within the application. The ability to organize teams both public and private, direct chats with reminders, notification, and tasks has made all the difference in our daily interactions. We are not able to respond to our team mates and customer inquires quicker with the full knowledge base of our organization at our finger tips. What do you dislike? Nothing really... I believe Ryver is a great tool and the company is always ...

Easy to use for us.
What do you like best? Slack is too complicated for us, so we decided to use Ryver. The best feature I love Ryver is "Task". Ryver's task specification can use like Trello, I mean Ryver has the chat and Trello. Slack can integrated with Trello, but It just send us "notification",it's not good for us. Because we have to manage lots of tasks everyday. What do you dislike? Sometimes Native App hangs up. But my iPhone is old 6S Plus...... What problems are you ...

Ryver is Excellent!
What do you like best? Ryver has great functionality especially for my team. We love being able to categorize all pending tasks and put all our discussions into various topics. What do you dislike? If there was better support for Ryver voice and if it worked in different browsers and mobile as well that would have been great! Recommendations to others considering the product: Ryver is great and there is really good customer support/service. They will take care of your ...

A Great Option for Internal Team Communication
What do you like best? I like how simple Ryver is to use, and how frequently they update the app. I haven't run into any stability issues, and they seem to be on top of keeping up with the trends and needs of users for team communication. What do you dislike? I think the only thing I've experienced some hiccups with is the mobile app. Even those are very minimal complaints, it's not unusable, it just has some hiccups compared to the desktop app. Very small complaint for me! What ...

Great collaboration tool
What do you like best? Ryver is easy to use and easy to setup. I like how you can create different teams so only those people on a specific project can communicate. Also, we use the topics tab to keep important information so it doesn't get lost in the feed. What do you dislike? Create a forum like all hands so that as you add new people to Ryver it automatically adds the people to the forum. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We ...
