"Adequate"

What do you like best about RXNT? The convenience of integrated EHR, prescribing and scheduling. What do you dislike about RXNT? Many features are slow or buggy. Some of the interface is cluttered and counterintuitive, and various things break or malfunction unpredictably. This generally creates mild annoyance but does not interfere with my workflow. What problems is RXNT solving and how is that benefiting you? As a provider, I don't engage with the business side.

"Great Experience so far and room for improvement with a big practice."

What do you like best about RXNT? I like the convenience and being able to access my schedule through the app! It makes keeping track of my days and rescheduling as needed! What do you dislike about RXNT? I dislike some of the bugs. I dislike how we get multiple copies of superbills if that patient has been rescheduled multiple times (it prints off every reschedule time...) I dislike how the notes are not always editable. I dislike how the help desk does not provide the most adequate help ...

"Very user friendly"

What do you like best about RXNT? The program is easy to navigate and simple to use. I’ve only been using it for about 4 months and I feel proficient with it. What do you dislike about RXNT? I’m sometimes unsure of how to enter certain medication. For example, i don’t know how to Specify amounts needed for topical creams (ie one tube) so I put one unspecified What problems is RXNT solving and how is that benefiting you? "From top to bottom the experience has been wonderful!"

What do you like best about RXNT? That the entire team is on board with your success. From sales through training and implementation everyone is knowledgeable and professional and truly understands their positions in the overall process. What do you dislike about RXNT? The set up process with having providers to do each step of the enrollment is a bit cumbersome. What problems is RXNT solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy implementation for new clients. Ease of use. Integrated systems.

"Easy to use, good support"

What do you like best about RXNT? I like that RXNT is continually upgrading and improving their software, their support is excellent and the software is easy to use What do you dislike about RXNT? Some of the small annoyances of the software is that any notes in the system continually pop up to address during claims processing, you cannot tell what office you are in while working within the system unless you hover over a small area which just recently changed, the insurance tab is difficult ...
