What do you like best? I really like the way how it is easy to set up and create tasks. Cloning existent ones, creating new ones and tagging it to help on the reports generation using the API. I like that you can register the hour's costs per team member and you can also have a balance of the costs spent. It is very intuitive and I really like it too.
