"Rungway engages, enables and empowers"

What do you like best about Rungway? What I like best about Rungway is the option that people have to post things anonymously. Being able to be anonymous empowers people to be more honest in their posts - which range from questions to suggestions to expressions of joy and pride or frustration. This platform allows employees to engage with each other and get help and support from anyone in the firm without having to work too hard to get it.

What do you like best about Rungway? From its introduction into the organisation, Rungway has constantly improved in its design and user experience. This materially helps employee engagement and usage. As for the core purpose, the tool is facilitating critical conversations that just don't happen in the modern, fast pace, dynamic workplace; its the watercooler/agony aunt/trusted advisor/best friend at work and all online!
