it was a fast and easy process, ADP just takes care of the rest.

What do you like best? When I first started my business ADP made it a fast and easy process for me I liked that it included PAY AS YOU GO for my workers comp! What do you dislike? the extra fee's and they are not personable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? the problem is it was not user friendly. Benefits are I liked that I can have access to my payroll at anytime.

Nightmare

What do you like best? So far nothing. Agent our supposedly personal customer service agent dropped off the face of earth 1 week after signing up, No one was assigned to us. Nobody responds to emails at all. They are always to busy to handle really important stuff like taxes, Child Support in a timely manner What do you dislike? Simple to use, yet powerful enough to run our organization

What do you like best? The best part of ADP Run was how quick it was to setup, maintain, and run payroll. Everything is very intuitive making payroll a simple task. We did not need to dedicate full time staff to manage our payroll. I am a big fan of SaaS like ADP Run. What do you dislike? Great experience with the app but missing more health insurance support

What do you like best? easy to use, easy access from different devices, very intuitive, clear and shows information you need to know What do you dislike? Software is great. The easiest solution for my small business

What do you like best? I have 4 employees and we use a sign in sheet to "clock" in and out. When it comes time to process my payroll, it takes longer to add the hours than to process the rest. What do you dislike? I don't have anything that I would change or that I dislike because it just does exactly what I need it to do.
