What do you like best? I like the flexibility allowed within the website and mobile app for approving payroll. What do you dislike? What do you like best? ADP RUN has streamlined our payroll and time and attendance tracking systems. Everything is in one place, a variety of reports are available for payroll and tax, and the information is organized and easy to access. What do you dislike? Horrible experience

What do you like best? Unfortunately there was nothing I like about the program. What do you dislike? It was not user friendly, the reporting was minimal and you have no control over the report fields. The reports are basic and not very helpful for a payroll department. They don't prenote the employees bank accounts and implementation was a nightmare. Started on 11/30/18 with them and left on 03/08/19. Customer service is a joke. What do you like best? The fact that I have to spend very little time on payroll makes ADP Run a fantastic choice for my business. What do you dislike? What do you like best? RUN ADP provides superb customer service and they are especially patient and thorough. Running payroll is efficient and the site is consistently, reliable. What do you like best? I can do my payroll from my home office late at night or anytime I want to and it only takes me a few minutes to do. What do you like best? The application is very user friendly with logical navigation. Whatever you need to run, whether its payroll, manual checks or check calculation, the program is easily understood. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Very intuitive and easy to use (much easier than the Workforce Now product). I also like the message box on the home page that tells me when items are due or incomplete.
