Horrible experience

What do you like best? Unfortunately there was nothing I like about the program. What do you dislike? It was not user friendly, the reporting was minimal and you have no control over the report fields. The reports are basic and not very helpful for a payroll department. They don't prenote the employees bank accounts and implementation was a nightmare. Started on 11/30/18 with them and left on 03/08/19. Customer service is a joke. What do you like best? RUN ADP provides superb customer service and they are especially patient and thorough. Running payroll is efficient and the site is consistently, reliable. What do you like best? I can do my payroll from my home office late at night or anytime I want to and it only takes me a few minutes to do. What do you like best? The application is very user friendly with logical navigation.
