Very helpful

What do you like best? I enjoy having customer service help that is friendly and knowledgeable. The system is user friendly. What do you dislike? We are a school and our PTO works differently. I'm having trouble getting the system to work to my advantage... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time. Set up correctly, RUN gives me hours back in processing payroll. It's a thoughtful system.

What do you like best? Ease of use of the web page and price. Great and quick customer service. What do you dislike? Vacation tracking is tough to understand as far as implementing company guidelines. Recommendations to others considering the product: N/A What problems are you solving with the product? Very Easy and Convenient for a Small Employer

What do you like best? As a very small, non-profit employer, outsourcing payroll, payroll tax filing and compliance, etc., ADP makes this an easy, convenient and cost-effective process. Setting up payroll, allowing it to run automatically and receiving timely reminders from ADP all make this pretty seamless. What do you dislike? What do you like best? EASE OF USE, AND THE FACT THAT ADP FILES ALL THE PAYROLL TAX RETURNS What do you dislike? EAE OF PAYROLL, ADP PROVIDES THE PAYROLL TAX SERVICE AS WELL ALSO COMBINES THE 401K PLAN WITH PAYROLL

Professional and fast

What do you like best? I like being able to have online access to post our payroll. The company they have for delivering our paychecks are always on time. What do you dislike? Sometimes you can't change the payroll date or sequence of dates for upcoming payroll so you have to run it as special and then it won't sync with the next payroll according to dates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quick payroll submission.

Easy to Use and Intuitive

What do you like best? I like all the features of ADP Run, but perhaps my favorite is that I can submit payroll one afternoon and it is direct deposited by the next morning. Immediate access to the payroll reports is also very helpful. I rarely need to call and ask for support, ADP Run is very intuitive. Easy to Use and Helpful Customer Service

What do you like best? The website portal is easy to use for payroll and reviewing reports. I love that I can see tax report, print payroll records and w-2s with a few clicks. When I need to call, the customer service team is very helpful and solves the issue quickly and efficiently. What do you like best? I enjoy that I can access all my payroll information in one location What do you dislike? So far that hasn't been anything I dislike.
