What do you like best? Quick to set up and easy to use. Love the live chat support whenever I have questions! What do you dislike? I haven't had any issues with payroll so nothing to dislike. Easy to use system, great service

What do you like best? ADP makes it easy for small businesses with less than 20 employees to process payroll. Data entry only has to be done once. It is easy to adjust staff pay rates, vacation accrual, and benefits for either one-time or as ongoing charges. Employees can be granted access to view and download their pay stubs and W-2's, and employers can generate various reports as needed to keep up with tax paperwork or monitor spending on wages. What do you like best? ADP RUN is very easy to use so payroll is not an unpleasant task. What do you dislike? sometimes long wait times if you need to call in for help What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll is complete, no worrying about payroll taxes, W-2s and tax filings.

Payroll service

What do you like best? I like that ADP has an app for the phone. It allows me to finish the payroll when I'm on the road. I like that the customer service reps can fix my mistakes. What do you dislike? The only drawback is cost. But I've shopped around and you get what you pay for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using a payroll service is so much easier than doing it yourself.

ADP is the best!

What do you like best? Our experiences with ADP couldn't be better. It is very easy to process payroll. I have had to call them a few times with questions or to fix something and always my questions are answered by knowledgeable people. I never have to worry. What do you dislike? Easy to Use

What do you like best? I really enjoy how easy it is to set up payroll for new employees and run payroll each pay period. The reports generated are very helpful for our records. The software walks me through the steps to add new employees making the process so easy to complete. We receive alerts to notify us of laws that affect our payroll so we can make sure we remain compliant. What do you dislike? What do you like best? ADP is convenient because of the automation and access to company representatives when necessary. What do you dislike? The payroll processing fees are very high. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The W2s for the employees are convenient. We also appreciate the paycheck calculator and manual check features.
