What do you like best? They are always helpful with all questions. They are helping with reports whenever I need them. They are reasonably priced for all that they do. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Covid 19 has presented many hurdles along the way and ADP has helped us conquer all of them!

Great for broader needs

What do you like best? I appreciate the added help from the ADP Run team, specially during the early stages of COVID-19. I have now noticed some improvements during payroll processing that alert me if there's anything unusual which i actually find it to be helpful. I appreciate them teaming up with ZipRecruiter, it has given us a different outlet for hiring that we had to pay high prices for before. What do you dislike? Great Platform for small to medium business!

What do you like best? Simple organization of platform. Also love the customer service options. What do you dislike? That all other ADP platforms try to get you to switch. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great for UI and tax purposes. Great H.R. resources! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using the tax upload feature is great.

Some reports are customizable but not as much as I would Like.

What do you like best? It's a small platform. Usually easy to file payroll What do you dislike? It gets so slow to load if you have many employees. I have 42 and it takes forever to load. Recommendations to others considering the product: Support is very slow. It's difficult to get help regarding tax returns filed on behalf of the company. You wait forever to get an email response. Comprehensive Platform with Some Unintuitive Aspects

What do you like best? It houses all of the information we need and is fairly simple to administer. What do you dislike? Some of the reporting is pretty clunky and there are items that are hard to find. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The main "problem" is simply running payroll and making sure that everything is done correctly and on time.

Great software program for payroll!

What do you like best? The best quality about Run is that it is user friendly. It is easy to process payroll through the system, and I have not experienced glitches in the 3+ years that I have used it. What do you dislike? The only issue I have experienced is that sometimes payroll summaries do not display correctly as a PDF after downloading them.
