RUN by ADP Makes Payroll Simple

What do you like best? Time Management by ADP tracks our employees' time and the hours are automatically uploaded and calculated. I have used the "CHAT" feature twice during payroll preparation and while I was logged on. I got the help I needed very quickly. I love this feature as it eliminates calling for help and wait time. What do you like best? I really like the ease of ADP and how user friendly the website, as well as the APP is. There are so many reports that I am able to quickly print off when certain reports are needed, for both state, federal, and personal company use. I also really like the app that you can download. Good Service for Payroll with Small Business Support

What do you like best? They have a lot of resources for Small Business What do you dislike? I don't have an individual representative that I can go to - I have to call and talk to whoever answers Recommendations to others considering the product: We use BillQuick for Time/Billing and it was fairly simple to sync the Invoices to Quickbooks. Easy to use

What do you like best? I like how easy the program is to use. Also helpful to have access to immediate chat option if customer service is required. What do you dislike? I dont like that employees cannot see their YTD PTO, Personal, Sick etc time on their check stubs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I process payroll in minutes and can even do so from a tablet or smart phone if needed.

ADP, easy as 123

What do you like best? User-friendly, easy access and the app that you can download and use on the phone What do you dislike? At the moment there is nothing I can really say that I dislike What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our representatives that drive to different locations can actually clock in on their phone and we can see their location.

What do you like best? RUN ADP offers ease of access when it comes time to do your tax. It is also great for tracking PTO and sick time and their customer service is phenomenal. It is easy to enter new employees and inactivate the old ones. The direct deposit is usually done within 24 hrs of the request. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Running payroll in the system is so simple. Just a few short steps to have your payroll done. ADP helps cut down on my workload by submitting our QTR taxes, W2, and 1099.
