ADP Provides excellent service

What do you like best? Quick response to any issues that arise. What do you dislike? I do not dislike any of the features in ADP RUN. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This make it easier to track employees pay/time/benefits. Makes it very easy to get reports I need.

ADP Run is a great product for small to medium sized businesses with an easy user interface.

What do you like best? Customer support when you need help is very good. What do you dislike? Wish there was more flexible reporting options. A report builder would be nice. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is a very reliable payroll processing service from a well established and trusted company.

Easy to Use Payroll Processing

What do you like best? The ease of use to prepare my weekly payroll. What do you dislike? I dislike that if you make a mistake, you do not get anytime to edit a payroll. I also think that it is a bit expensive for something that I am mainly doing myself. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I no longer have to do payroll tax reports or payments.

RUN is a fantastic product that makes running payroll a breeze from my computer or from my phone

ADP takes the hassle out of Payroll Processing

What do you like best? ADP keeps track of and files all employer tax forms. What do you dislike? Report downloads saved to PC can be a security risk, although ADP does remind of this on each download. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having to worry about payroll report filings and deadlines saves both time and energy. ADP is the expert, so you don't have to be.

What do you like best? Ease of use. Entering payroll hours, adding/deleting employees, PTO tracking. What do you dislike? The only thing I would change about Run, is to have the ability to automatically approve payroll in advance for the day before my payday. I complete my payroll 3-4 days in advance of the approval date. I don't approve on that date so as to not have payroll funds subtracted from my bank account. Stellar support & guidance from their customer service and a profoundly useful website and app.

What do you like best? My favorite is the customer service from the actual agents I encounter on the phone. While helping me with updating employee information, my agent Louisa uncovered a mistake I made in payroll that would have given me a lot of headaches if left unfound.
