Small Business Payroll Made easy!

Very easy to use and gets the job done!

What do you like best? I like that the system is easy to use and tasks are clear and quick. Also, the customer service has usually been very good and not too much waiting for answers. It has been slower due to the pandemic in recent months. But I do not usually have to call often. What do you dislike? I do not like that there is no where to list an employee's job title. Saves time and money and is very comprehensive

What do you like best? I like how many fields populate when I run payroll and if any amount is outside of the norm it issues an alert. I like that my employees are able to log in to Run by ADP without going through me so they can access their reports. This is a huge benefit to me in my practice. What do you like best? The software is very easy to use. The different categories (run payroll, add a user, tax reports etc) are laid out very well. The support is amazing! What do you like best? Quick and easy to use. Mobile friendly. This is the best option out there for corporate payroll, and I have tried several. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike. What do you like best? The fact that I just have to log on and enter my payroll information and everything else I can leave in their hands. Reports are easy to print. Excellent company with quality professionals ready to assist

What do you like best? Whenever I call ADP, I receive prompt assistance specific to my questions. What do you dislike? Lengthy wait times in the queue or call back. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to run reports, enter and submit payroll. It was also valuable in regards to the PPP grant and all of the applications process.
