User friendly when it comes to looking for reports.

What do you like best? How easy the report features are...I have worked with many other payroll software companies and this is by far the easiest. This is much better then paychex. What do you like best? With employees covering over 13 states, Run helps me stay up-to-date on the laws in each state and helps to keep us in compliance. The payroll is very easy to use and does not take much time at all. I like that everything I need is all located on run. We have been able to integrate our timekeeping system with Run has well which is valuable. What do you dislike? What do you like best? ADP is easy to use and the customer service reps are knowledgeable and helpful! What do you dislike? Never had a problem with ADP. always communicative and helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we have access to background checks, PPP reports, payroll taxes and any reports we need.

Quick and easy payroll processing.

What do you like best? The cost is reasonable, it is integrated with bank and the system is easy to use. What do you dislike? I am a seasonal business (~9 months), and do not carry employees through the summer months. It is a little bit of a hassle to put my business on hold. It can't be done using the online "RUN" system, and I have to separately contact the workman's comp provider to let them know that PR will not continue. What do you like best? The RUN portal is feature rich and easy to use, and offers lots of add-on features as your business grows. What do you dislike? To be honest, I have experienced very few problems so not much to say about dislikes.... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using RUN allows me to be more efficient during the processing of our payroll and ADP handles all the reporting and filing simplifying the processes for me.
