What do you like best? I am happy with ADP as I do not have end of the year surprise charges, and everything is organized in one place. My employees can access their information! What do you dislike? New Interface is User-Friendly!

What do you like best? I like that I can see all employees at once on my dashboard. I like the reports tool and custom reporting. ADP is pretty user-friendly and simplifies the payroll process. What do you dislike? I wish that the entries I made in the employees' records for bonuses, etc would autopopulate in payroll. Also-if I forget to delete a bonus or misc payment from last month's payroll inputs, it is still there and will pay again. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best? The Deputy import for employee hours and the reminders when I need to run Payroll, especially if there is a HOLIDAY and I need to allow more time. What do you dislike? The multiple screens to get to the login. Recommendations to others considering the product: A good reason to choose ADP is they answer your call quickly, very rarely have I had a hold. What do you like best? Setting up the account was very easy for me. Lauren called me several times to follow up on making sure that all of my needs where met. What do you dislike? I really had no complaints about the use of RUN. Recommendations to others considering the product: Shorter survey. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? My ADP associate is proficient and helps me understand compliance, payroll, and taxes. The on boarding was quick and we got our LLC compliant in no time. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Great customer service. So easy to use and customize to your business needs.
