What do you like best? Ease to use. I don't have to carry the physical token anymore. Just copy and paste. What do you dislike? The fact that it needs to be replaced every few years, which is a hassle. I sometimes messed it up and could not get it to work for a few days. What do you like best? RSA 8.1 Authentication manager is solid compared to its previous versions. The Console and dashboard is very easy to manage and the actual OTP tokens lasts easily 3-4 years. Not much to dislike as an end user , initial setup is simple and not much to complain about What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trying to solve 2nd factor authentication for VPN access.
