What do you like best? The best thing about this tool is the zero errors / limitations / end user issues. I have been using this for more than 8 years with physical and software versions and have never faced any single issue with this. Ease of use, simplicity are some of the best features. Easy and secure!

What do you like best? It is very easy to manage SecurID. Issuing new tokens, revoking tokens, and reassigning tokens is very quick and effortless. The software tokens are easy for users to understand and operate. Active Directory integration is very nice and it integrates well with our Juniper VPN solution. What do you dislike? What do you like best? RSA SecureID was very easy to use and is very secure. The desktop tool was easy and handy whenever I needed to login. What do you dislike? Only thing i dont dislike is how when you first generate a key, sometimes that key has only a couple of seconds left before it expires due to the natural setup of the system.
