Instructions can be unclear for novice IT users who have to use SecurID to access their networks. Recommendations to others considering the product: Friendlier UI What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The PIN typically expires very fast, so if you don't copy it quick enough, you have to wait for another refresh. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm solving connectivity issues by being able to remotely login to our company's extranet to view personal documents.
