What is Rox?
Rox sells what it calls a revenue agent for large sales organisations. The agent enriches accounts and contacts from a published list of third-party data providers, researches each account, reacts to news about it, runs multichannel sequences with automatic follow-ups and scheduling, and writes the result back into Salesforce or HubSpot. Reps work from a single view per account and approve an action in one click where approval is wanted. Billing is by agent action rather than by seat, and the vendor states that unused actions do not carry over to the next month. Rox also documents its own terms as requiring configuration and human oversight of anything described as running on autopilot.
