So far so good

So far so good. I was so skeptical of buying this, but I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews! Since I started using this product about a month ago, my hair has stopped falling out and is no longer a dry frizzy mess! I’ve been very pleasantly surprised and plan to purchase again.

I’m almost through with my first bottles of shampoo, conditioner and hair serum. At first I noticed it made my hair very dry, but the conditioner helped put moisture back in. I don’t wash my hair every day..usually every 2-3 days so it’s taken a longer time to see how this would go. I have long hair that seemed to be thinning at the top so I tried this. I have been losing hair for the past three years and it started during Covid. I ordered tablets that I use and that have helped tremendously. Though they have helped I thought I would give this shampoo a try as well. I have used Routine four times and my hair is falling out in droves. I am so disappointed!!

Funny, not funny

Funny, not so funny! About 3 months after using routine shampoo and conditioner I noticed my very thin hair thinning even more at a super fast rate. I couldn’t figure it out because everything else was the same… vitamins, ect. No new meds. Same sleep… My hair has not only thinned, it has become exceptionally dry. I’m not going to use it ever again. I would suggest to anyone trying to be mindful of when they began the product and check in with their hair every week. Back to my wonderful Paul ...

Doesn’t work

I have thinning hair. I finally decided to give this shampoo & conditioner. I went through the first set, followed instructions, and thought maybe it hasn’t been long enough. So I bought more. It’s been over a year. No change at all. My hair is still as thin as it was. It was definitely a waste of money.

If I could give this a zero I would. My hair is breaking where it never has before. It is falling out so much more than it ever has. People go to this shampoo for help yet it does exactly the opposite. They don't give your money back and you can't write a bad review on their FB or they'll block you like they did me. The BBB needs to look into this company. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Don’t waste your money!! I gave it a month and my hair is super dry and limp! It’s still falling out and it looks thinner and lifeless with this product than my old shampoo and conditioner. I will not buy again.
