Fantastic Program and Service

Easy to use, but expensive
I am an interior designer and I use RoomSketcher everyday to create 3d drawings for my clients. I find it very easy to use. The only down side is that it is quite expensive when compared to other packages. At the moment, due to to my work load I have not got the time to learn a new package so I keep renewing my subscription but it will be something that I will investigate when I have some more time.

Great customer service. Always in point. Excellent software for interior. I love the 3D photos as it really gives a true indication I hope you all consider exterior as well.

RoomSketcher design software is easy to use
I sent a design sketched on excel and requested RoomSketcher to create a 2D and 3D reproduction. They were unable to do so because the design was greater than 10K sq. ft. so I used their Basic Free Service and quickly learned how to use their online RoomSketcher software. In a few hours I had designed a campus for our non-profit Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of five buildings with 25 rooms and outdoor patio space including furniture inside and out. This program has great features, but lacks some basics.
This program has many great features, but it lacks some basic ones like group selecting furniture items to move them as a set. Also not being able to easily identify which wall surface is "a" or "b" when the wall is small, and the identifying text is obscured. The charges for additional credits are also high relative to their cost to produce the images needed.

Kudos to RoomSketcher support team
I have sent several questions to RoomSketcher customer support, and no matter how trivial, the RoomSketcher support team responds promptly, and provides answers, and also suggestions, and links to additional features they think I might like. They are very approachable and very receptive; they follow through on all emails, and have a great product to boot. It is great to work with their team and their RoomSketcher product.
