"Pretty good ABM platform."
What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform? Easy to navigate platform. Very customizable to your marketing funnel. Great customer success team, super attentive and proactive about new betas, always providing helpful recommendations and strategies. What do you dislike about RollWorks Account-Based Platform? Not as granular as we need the data to be at times. It can be challenging to pull customized reports from the platform, especially without a customer success manager to ...

"Prioritize the right accounts!"
What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform? If we're focusing on the top target accounts, it helps the company drive revenue easier. We have a massive prospect list where we sometimes use the spray and pray method. Keeping the reps aligned on the top target accounts will be very important. Also, comparing this list to the internal list we've been using would be interesting as well. To see the delta in the data and see where we can potentially sell more. What do you dislike ...

"Very Userfriendly - Metric Centered"
What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform? I like how easy it is to use the platform. The UI is also easy on the eyes and very intuitive, making it easier to use and if you are unsure, you can infer. Especially if you are dealing with metrics and numbers, you don't want to be misled because of how the platform is set. What do you dislike about RollWorks Account-Based Platform? I feel like the terms "playbook" and the general terms of what the campaigns are can get a bit ...

"Easy to use tool for ABM and retargeting ads"
What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform? RollWorks is easy to use, and they have a good supply of intent data. It's pretty simple to get things up and going fast, and their support team has been really helpful. What do you dislike about RollWorks Account-Based Platform? A few things I'd like to see are more options for advertising (e.g. evenly rotate ads vs choosing a winner), and automated rules (e.g. turning ads off on the weekends) to better manage campaigns. What ...

"Valuable software with great customer support"
What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform? I've been pleased with how responsive our support has been. The onboard process had a few challenges that our onboarding team worked with us on. Although we are still in the early stages of adoption, the funnels they have set up in the platform are impressive. You can tell the people who set up the campaigns and platform know their stuff. Can't wait to see how our playbooks evolve as we get more insight from our campaigns. What ...

"Smooth implementation, up and running in a few weeks."
What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform? Integration with SFDC, which pulls accounts we flag/ prioritize so it's easy to run campaigns on them. Pretty easy to slice/dice data and run targeted campaigns based on accounts. What do you dislike about RollWorks Account-Based Platform? Titles/ roles are either too limited or too broad. We couldn't get to the exact titles and roles that we wanted to. Intent data didn't track new technologies. What problems is RollWorks ...
