What do you like best about Rocket.Chat? Rocket.Chat has great documentation, very powerful to customise and make it your own. Integrates well with many platforms and can be used to replace almost any current solution with little adjustment time. The live chat feature is great, implementing this with other providers is overly complicated compared.
