"Easy and quick way to schedule meeting rooms"

What do you like best about Robin? Robin makes it really convenient to schedule meetings and look for available meeting/conference rooms. It's easy and intuitive to use and seamlessly integrates with the Microsoft Outlook calendar. Because it's also hooked up to the iPads outside our meeting rooms, it's convenient to book right there when you need to grab a quick meeting or phone call. What do you dislike about Robin? What do you like best about Robin? The very easy way to find free meeting rooms. What do you dislike about Robin? not all meeting rooms are connected to the system. People use the room without blocking them via the system What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you? Better occupancy rate of our internal meeting rooms.

"Intuitive and Effective Room Booking System"

What do you like best about Robin? The best part of Robin is the built in check in system, which we use on tablets for each conference room. The color coding (free, meeting starting soon, meeting in progress) is extremely useful to find a free room at a glance. It is easy to book a meeting in advance and grab a room as-needed. "Easy to book, with pictures of rooms to boot!"

What do you like best about Robin? I like that I can see pictures of the rooms I'm booking. When you're new at a company and planning a lot of meetings, this is particularly helpful. It's also (relatively) easily integrated with Outlook. What do you dislike about Robin? I'd like an app on my phone that I can use to check in. What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you? Robin helps me save time on administrative tasks to focus on my actual work.
