What do you like best? Really great tool for helping coordinate room booking and sharing. Facilitates organization without the need for whiteboards/or printing schedule cards. What do you dislike? Great software but it’s not a need to have. More of a nice to have. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Makes room booking a breeze. Used to use google calendar but this is much better!

What do you like best about Robin? This took away the hassle of multiple outlook calendars, I love it! What do you dislike about Robin? When a room is not available at a certain time, it is hard to figure out who has it. Transferring room reservations is also not intuitive. What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you? I have saved a lot of time on making bookings, and can get the rooms I like more easily.

This is our favorite tool for organizing our office
PROS: Because it’s very easy to set up and use, our staff were comfortable with it right off the bat. Also, thanks to this product, our service becomes more impeccable since our staff would always be there whenever our customer needs any aid or support. And because we were able to successfully install in our iPads, every personnel can now quickly tell if there is a free room in our establishment. What do you like best about Robin? Robin is fairly intuitive to use and it's an easy platform to book the rooms What do you dislike about Robin? The floors plans can be a bit more better/more visual bit other than that it is good What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you? Booking a space or a team room prior to arriving in the office Seeing if me and the team can sit next to each other
