I had a stock it was phun it jump to 18.35 from 2.77 overnight so I was going to sell it was 18.35 so I put in to sell when it came back it was at 9.-5 which I lost half of my profit 10000 dollars I am a veteran on fix income again Robinhood had mess it’s customers and we will be filing yet another law suit several law suits against them have been file already don’t use then they freeze trading I thought I was selling at 18.35 but it in up being at 9.15 don’t deal with them I recommend ...

Worst Investment site. PERIOD.

This is hands down the worst investment company out there. they take money, put holds, require ridiculous information, wont help, not fast transfers, restrict account, etc. This is nuts. Worst company ever. DO NOT USE!

Robinhood Holds Accounts Hostage to Gain More Personal Info

Robinhood has a decent platform but they have locked me out of my account 3 times. This was done by not sending me a code to access my account or by changing policy and not allowing access through email means. The 3rd time was their site issues. Twice they have wanted me give them MORE PRIVATE INFORMATION to access my own account. I was onto this after the first time. So, they essentially held my money hostage until I sent them a picture of my ID. Then, they would not send me a timely text ...

I was trying how to contact Robinhood…

I was trying how to contact Robinhood and google it and dial number customer service and give my info (email address) change he lead me to Robinhood site until I noticed my account from $4,000. To $0 in split second I asked the guy on the line he said Robinhood want to make sure I am real person, when I asked him why $0? he hang up and all my money was gone and can not contact Robinhood. Beware!!! Do not put your money at Robinhood like what happened to me!!!

Horrible place to use for investing

Horrible place to use for investing. Everything works fine until they place a security hold on your funds at their whim. No customer service, no contact numbers or way to get a hold of them. You have to wait in limbo until they get around to emailing you. I'm livid and disgusted with Robinhood and still waiting to be able to access my account and funds.
