Robinhood recently partnered with Burger King giving cryptocurrency for app order above 5 dollars. The problem is sometimes you never get the coin and Robinhood isn’t interested in making it right only in making excuses. It didn’t seem to matter weather I showed proof that I didn’t get the coin. And anyone that has ever tried to get Burger King to make things right knows they don’t care about the customers. I guess Robinhood and Burger King make the perfect couple

Will give trade credit on deposits but may take it back at the last minute with no explanation why. And takes a week for money to be available?? Very Mickey Mouse for how things are done.

I invested 1000 with them

I invested 1000 with them. after many attempts to withdraw my money getting an error message due to some type of security issue that was never explained to me, they liquidated my account and I have not seen my money deposited back into my bank account. THE WORST customer service. in looking up their locations. I see one building as the reported headquarters with no signage outside. and the other address looks to be abandoned with a real estate sign outside. NEVER AGAIN!! BEWARE ...DO NOT ...

I got banned by a bot on r/Robinhood

I got banned by a bot on r/Robinhood. I followed the appeal link and received this from a moderator: "Because f*** spammers". Not so professional in my opinion as I have never 'spammed' and really don't even know how to. I am horrified that an actual moderator at Robinhood's reddit would reply like that.

They will take your money without…

They will take your money without asking for anything except your bank account but when you try to buy stock or to get your money out they will require all sorts of verification and proof including govt. photo ID. BEWARE there is a reason they have 1 star ratings on most sites.

Do not even engage at all

Do not even engage at all, don't understand why though but they are totally bad. If not for futuresaid that assisted me in getting all I put in back, will still be broke now. Not advisable to join.
