I’m asking for my reward $150 because I have offer from them if I deposit 3,000 or more . I got reward 5% up to $150 reward. I made deposit two days ago on Thursday February 10 The deposit was $3,500 . I didn’t receive my $150 reward . The good tell February 19 ... I sent a lot of emails no help, no response, no reward Now three days not even answer me . I’m very upset and frustrated.

They basically take your money away
They basically take your money if you happen to change your phone or anything. I am locked out my account and they refuse to help me to get in my account. So they have my money and my stocks now, and I do not have access to it. Make sure you are aware of this feature (!) of the website/app when you sign up and put your money in.

would give negative stars if i could even after them limiting buys on GME and AMC they are disabling me from withdrawing money from my account and haven’t not responded to my help requests for almost a week, worst broker out there strongly do not recommend.

It’s impossible to get a hold of any customer service. I’m locked out of my account because I accidentally registered an email that was incorrect and I need to update it. I received an automated message 4 days ago they received my issue but no other response from there to resolve my matter. I feel defeated as now I’mWorried because I have thousands invested. They prevented investors from buying and only let them sell a stock. This is blatant market manipulation. Would not recommend- they do not have the best interest of the small retail investors. Do no use.

The worst customer support you will ever experience. Everything in the news that you are seeing is true. THE WORST!!! Although their functionality is easy to use and quick, everything else sucks.
