Robinhood now holds the money I have made hostage, it is evident that they are arbitrarily putting restrictions on my account to prevent me from selling stocks when I want and now hold a withdrawal restriction on my account for the sole reason of preventing me from leaving. I am not a big fish investor, just a disabled Veteran trying to get in on a little money making. I will make this simple and short. When I would make a deposit it would take couple days to come out of my checking account. Then one day they got there wires crossed. They tried to take a deposit that didn't exist or had already been taken out. That account only kept the amount that I owed them. Awful customer service

Awful customer service. I have been locked out of my account for over a week. I have sent out numerous emails and still no response and no issue solved. It's unbelievable that they don't a customer service number to call. I am guessing the reason why is to take their sweet time to address all the issues that people are having.

Robinhood is a scam company

Robinhood is a scam company. They wouldn't allow me to buy stocks when I wanted, instead they took money when the price shot up. They won't allow me to transfer my money back to my account and won't respond to my emails. The customer support doesn't exist and they only cater to hedgefunds. Don't PUT MONEY INTO ROBINHOOD unless you like throwing money away.

I opened my account on 12/30/2020 for crypto currency trading, transferred $450,000 from my linked td bank checking account. After that, recently I tried to transfer money from Robinhood account to linked td bank account, but it was impossible because my account was disabled without any reason. Robinhood is not a good app or platform…

Robinhood is not a good app or platform to invest in. Even for beginners. They will ultimately screw you. They offer no education on investing, they don't allow selling after hours even with their paid membership, they are liars. The customer service team takes 3-6 weeks to reply. Overall it's not worth the headache and you should go somewhere else.
