AVOID THIS COMPANY..I’m trying to transfer my assets to other platform yet they restricted the transfer. I cannot even access my funds because my link bank account is for further review.when i asked them why they said they cannot link it bec it’s a joint account bec they saw 2 other names with POD on it..they didn’t even research what is POD(payable on death) it means your beneficiary..That is so so STUPID..FYI they don’t have any phone number to call only email..reply is like3-4 business ...

No Support - Stay away
I have for three weeks been working to get my money assigned to my account. I received an email over a week ago that my account issues were resolved and responded that they were not and its been over 1 week now and still no response from anyone. There is no phone number for support and noway it appears to get my money. Please Please stay away from this app.
