Their glitchy website locked me out....

Their glitchy website locked me out of my own account.It insists on sending an SMS with a verification code before allowing me to log in. But never sends one.And customer service is essentially non-existent for this website. So now I have money trapped in limbo.

Robinhood dont let you own shares

Robinhood dont let you own shares, they lend them out. Further more robinhood is backed by -and on the hedges side. You are GARANTEED to loose money in the long run. WORST BROKER ON THE ENTIRE INTERNET. Im surprised they are still up and running. Smh

I will never trust them with my money again. They need a customer service phone number asap and I can't believe they lasted this long with the horrible customer service they have. I had a wallet card through them to purchase stock and they let my information be compromised. My card information was stolen to make Amazon purchases, it took them days to respond to emails while my money was gone. It's been over 2 weeks

It's been over 2 weeks. Is there a reason why My account unexpectedly deactivated on 3/7/2021? I have already replaced the passwords for both my Robinhood account login and my email login as well. There is no fraudulent activity other than been restricted by your services. I am currently unable to trade, deposit, or withdraw from my account. I select Negative stars for these unexpected freeze restriction activities.

Was a good app until they sent an e mail saying they were closing my account and the decision was final. I e mailed back several times about a month ago, and still no explanation of why they terminated my account.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. It has been a month they have been waiting for my account approval. Every day I get an email " we need your permanent resident card to approve your application" I have done that countless times and still my application is under review. Not sure how does it work for the ones who are using this app but definitely crap for someone trying to open an account and trying to get ahold of the customer service

RH don't own your shares they lend them out which can be used to drive the price down, actually transferring to another broker means they have to buy your shares, RH has even been shorting GME, crazy right.
