Horrible app. This company is actively Picking and approving what you do on this app. Do you want to buy a stock when it dips? Too bad, try to buy the stock next time when it rockets up in value and realized that you missed out. Want to sell a stock after it’s at the top? Nope. I am a UK based customer. The first time I used this site no problem. The second time and it looks like I've lost my funds for good. I have provided them with my passport details. A verification photo and I still can't withdraw. Clearly a disreputable company. I only lost £60 but it could be much worse for others. i have been using robinhood for a little bit over a year. Decided to leave it after the final staw. first i had no problems with selling stock secured calls or cash secured puts generally speaking. Also was able to get level 3 access fairly easy. However problems came up with so called "option sell out proccess" . This is the second time I have stock that is stuck. Meaning I can't sell it! No matter what it bounces back with an unknown error. After writing the them numerous times, it has not been resolved. There was another one awhile back that was in a merger and I lost all my money because they did not help me. There seems to be no phone number no chat. Just bots.
