Long wait for bank transfer/ system down when try to purchase

I've been waiting days for my money to transfer from my bank to Robinhood. Now cryptocurrency has skyrocketed during that time. I do not have this problem with Ameritrade. Also, I've been waiting all day for stock price to decline and when it finally did I went to purchase in the system was down and I was unable to buy. I can find nowhere on the app to contact customer service.

This company is fraud

This company is fraud. Move on and user another broker. At Robin Hood they will prevent you from selling if the price is high and prevent you from buying when they want you to sell.5 stars to make sure they do not delete my post.

A company sized money shredder

Horrible app. This company is actively Picking and approving what you do on this app. Do you want to buy a stock when it dips? Too bad, try to buy the stock next time when it rockets up in value and realized that you missed out. Want to sell a stock after it’s at the top? Nope. These guys are of low lives. They made me lock in my retirement funds believing it will yield returns. I was in touch with their support team for more than 4 months, NO RESOLUTION!. My overall experience with robinhood isn't all bad. It's a extremely easy app to navigate and use, and even make a little money in the process. i have been using robinhood for a little bit over a year. Decided to leave it after the final staw. first i had no problems with selling stock secured calls or cash secured puts generally speaking. Also was able to get level 3 access fairly easy. However problems came up with so called "option sell out proccess" . This is the second time I have stock…

This is the second time I have stock that is stuck. Meaning I can't sell it! No matter what it bounces back with an unknown error. After writing the them numerous times, it has not been resolved. There was another one awhile back that was in a merger and I lost all my money because they did not help me. There seems to be no phone number no chat. Just bots.
