The idea behind the site is great; however, there is no real time customer service. The platform glitches constantly. The response time is from hours to days. They don't stand behind their product and make excuses to cover up for their shortcoming. I had 2 accounts to transfer money into RH. Accidently used wrong account and transfer 1000. I have 6800 plus the 1000 was 7800. While the transfer went through i could use the 1000 to trade. Money never got in and i was restricted. I transfer from my other account and been asking them to lift the restriction. Over 3 days no answer from them. Cant trade and cant call them either. Their executions are too slow

Their executions are too slow. I consistently lose money due to slow execution. Was up 100% this morning, Robinhood was too slow on the execution and now I’m down to 50%. This has happened multiple times and lost me hundreds of dollars. Don’t use them. Go with a real broker like TDA or Etrade. I am in the process of making the switch and so far haven’t had any of the issues I had with Robinhood.

Robinhood is the worst. Terrible. Trash. Whatever synonym you can match to these words it is. Dog sh**. Webull is 1000% better. Robinhood has more issues then any app ever used all together. That’s saying a lot. Besides the hours of use, they’re server fails frequently and support is terrible. They should be shut down.
