If I could rate this a zero, I would. This is a free app, so you get what you pay for. Be prepared for no customer service when you need it. So far I have been waiting for a response for 5 days, even though the auto response indicates a 1-3 business day turnaround. All "customer support" is on the app; there is no phone number. It's a great service for free. I love the user friendly nature and the almost artistic displays. Functions as a decent retail trading platform and offers a card to use. Always innovating and keeping users interested. However the company is not the best broker and the news is not the best listing. I'm sure they're working to make it better with that in mind 4 stars is well as I'm sure they will make right after issues with customer accounts. There is to much at stake, billions in value.

I attempted to transfer money out of the account into a new bank account I had set up and provided the required verification. They continued to ask for verification and held my money "hostage" for an additional week. The issue is still unresolved and I have been unable to withdraw my money.

Robinhood Rip Off

I found out its easy to sign up link your bank account to Robinhood, problem is you cant cancel a transfer once it has been made. They say sell ll your stock to deactivate your account. I did that and still could not close my account. I saw an area to transfer from Robinhood to your account, then got a message the funds will be transferred from my bank account. Then I got a message it cost $75.00 of your money in there account to transfer it out of their account. There is no number you can ...
