Be careful dealing with Robinhood

Horrible company. I took an offer years ago for a free stock and over the 4 years since I have not earned a single dime from them. I find it hard to believe that a company like Groupon is not making any money that I am not earning. Ten times I have asked Robinhood to delete my account and they flat out refuse and will not even respond to my tickets. Please be cautious using this company.

Robinhood poor customer service

I am so frustrated because I transferred my account to another institution due to their Robinhood customer service. Nobody to talk and nobody to answer my important question about my investments. They took hours to reply and sent a generic email that has nothing to do with my question. I really do not know what to do to obtain assistance from an experience and well trained person. This is a time sensitive issue but they do not care.

Its a total SCAM. Do not trade Options with Robinhood. Its a total FRAUDI had this experience and lost thousands of dollarsif you buy a CALL/PUT and then you want to sell Option at some price, the value that shows on your particular stock page and value of same CALL/PUT option you want buy wont match, there is huge difference in the money, your CALL/PUT value will be 4times lower than if you want to buy the same CALL/PUT option. If I could leave a 0 I would. My account has seem to vanish. It has been 30 days and they still have not resolved this matter.There customer service is horrible. All they do is give you the run around. I have hundreds of emails from them proving I have made transactions from my email. They keep telling me there is no account associated with this email. What a joke. Do not trust them.

Robinhood is doing exactly what it says. It is Robbing those who use this app for trading. Today TOPS shows a (+1,7111) percent increase. I purchased over 1000 shares at .9 cents. The app now shows I only have 46 shares and has frozen my account from trading. The app is also reading that TOPS is no longer trading on this app. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating and I will inform everyone I know who uses this app that is a SCAM!!!

Stay away from fraudulent sites like this or you'll loose a lot of money. I was not late and got myself back at the right time when I lost 1.31BTC. I now invest with VaultOne .co because they offer 5% daily commisions and process with drawals same day. I feel proud recommending this to everyone.

Absolute Scam

Absolute Scam , the app worked fine for a week . Then all of a sudden I couldn’t log in . Tried to reset password and no link was ever sent to my email or spam . They have no phone customer service. There’s a bogus number to call and it automatically hangs up on you . I did get some bs response by email telling me to do the same thing that wasn’t working. I can’t get access to my money

Better Alternatives available.........At first I did enjoy using this app but then I still could not find it suitable for investment. Instead I found Wealthyhood (wealthyhood.com) which is money managing a modern twist with their portfolio insights and no minimum investment criteria.
