I would give them -1 million out of 5 if I could. I couldn’t login for over a week cause their 2 factor stopped working suddenly for my account. Told them my options can’t be sold and are expiring they didn’t care and let them expire and I lost a lot of money. There is no phone support and no chat support , only email which can take 1-3 weeks for the simplest issue of 1-5 mins. Im not doing this anymore. the service here is not great. My money was removed to buy a stock without my permission. I have lost a lot form this. I advise you don't use it, scam. invest with ericmasonfx. com, you won't have any regrets

A big fraud

They sold my stock without my permission and transfer my money to their account that was not linked to my account.I saw it from the beginning but I could not do anything.There is no customer service number, all I could do was just email them. They asked me to validate my identity and also uploaded my driver license.They locked my account. It's been 4 days. No one called me. Nothing happened so far. Absolutely fraud. Putting money is is easy, getting it out is NOT!

I want to get my money out and they won't let me. They say I have to put the money back into the same bank as I too the money out of.Hey RobinHood, sometimes people change banks you worthless dimwits!Not really, you are not dimwits. You are making a ton off the float so you try to trap our money as long as you can. Unscrupulous thieves is more accurate.Meanwhile, I am screwed with nobody to talk to and offered solutions that do not work.

Zero communication and no one to talk to.

There are lots of alternate apps. When RH works it works great. When it falls over or hits a traffic issue its a full 180 experience. 4 days of performance issues and they provide zero communication or reason/apology. They just restricted my account even though I have always followed any warning they provided - so at a complete loss. The worst customerservice ever....

One of the all time worst customer service. No phone numbers for customers. Takes days for them to reply via website email. I have debit card that has been compromised and luck I was able to lock the card. Waiting for a response. There is no number on back of card just says "Robinhood(dot)com/support". I have more complaints but I will leave it at that.

Overall I like the simplicity of Robinhood as it makes it easy to navigate the website and find things your looking for. However it is the glitchiest broker i've ever used. Very frequently does it show the wrong number on your portfolio but repeatedly I was prevented from taking trades and selling stock so it cost me money in losses. This is not okay. As a broker its your job to HELP us make money not make it more difficult. UPDATE AND UPGRADE YOUR SERVERS!!! I will be switching to TD until ...
