Very poor service! It takes days to get a reply by email and you can not talk to a live person. The follow up is also spotty! This is a financial institution. Their customer service should be prompt and timely or their customers can suffer losses like I did. Webull will eat their lunch!

Not bad for beginners, but contacting support can take a while. If you have a larger account go elsewhere. Also, only support FIFO for tax purposes, can't support LIFO

Another scam company run by a dishonest team. I made an initial huge deposit after reading good reviews about them and when it got to the point of withdrawal, it pulled an exit. But then for the sake of my own sanity, I sought for answers and I found stewart_ron at aol ©om I filed complaint with them and within a very short period of time, I was able to recover all my funds back. how stupid am i? still with robin hood. mostly bc the money transfer is very fast. however NEVER purchase stock at market. they do a very bad job at it and you will always pay a premium. set a price.
