Trouble opening my account after having personal info

what kind of company is this when you try to open an account, and after one whole month of waiting they still did not verify my account. I gave them all what they ask for, and now they even stopped answering my emails. They have my bank account information and my personal information, and now I feel unsecure with what they have. I recommend to go use a different app than robinhood. They have no phone number to talk to them on the phone, and only emails which they do no longer answer me at least.

Cant Withdraw

Cant Withdraw, communication thats not only ambiguous but often weeks after anything happens and no timetable for a return its a scam people. Probably even changed trust pilot name to Bank to avoid their reviews being found. I would love to be wrong about this but the balls in their court and they already left the building. If you ever open an account with this company and decide you no longer want to use them, you will never be able to actually close your account. They will only deactivate an account just by restricting it but will never actually close it. Any closed account can be reactivated immediately according to their customer service reps. Bad Customer Service

My account has been locked for 2 days because of 2FA issue. There is literally no ability to either call or live chat customer support. I finally did get an email from Robinhood requesting information. It looked legitimate, and I hope and still believe it is. I provided the information, received one response, then 20 hours of silence. And still no access to my account. Once I get access to my account again, closing it. Super frustrating experience.
