Run away. Customer service doesn't exist. Truly it's non existent. There is no one to call or get a response from. They hold your money for 7 days after you deposit posts to your bank. Then if you do trade and want to take money out. Guess what another 7 days before you can even initiate the withdrawal and then another 5 days to come into your account. Who wants to wait two weeks to get their money? Truly shocking. Closing my account and going somewhere else.

Do not buy Robinhood Gold

Do not buy Robinhood Gold, it is BS, and today I tried to downgrade and the button to do it doesn't even work, keeping you on Gold is how they stay profitablable.

Customer support sucks. Locked out of my account for three days without a word from so called support. When I do get someone to help me unlock it I will be transferring to ally . Unconscionable to not have same day support!!!!!!!

worst application and worst customer service. They will take your money. Since 4 months I am maintaining my account more then 25000 dollars. They are keep on blocking day trading. They are not going to response your email and they don't have customer service phone number. Simply they cheated me I lost so much money.

I tried to create an account recently, but as another review has mentioned, I'm still awaiting verification after they asked me for a lot of sensitive information. There is no phone number or email that I could find anywhere to reach out to them, and any attempt to close your account down results in an error, telling you to contact them for help with it. What a coincidence, trying to do that also results in an error. I wish I would've seen the Trustpilot reviews, I was mislead by tons of ...

They changed their method of verification. They don't do email anymore. You can't call them. They only send canned texts. You can't resolve anything. My account is on hold, I can't access it. Smart me has taken out most funds before, now there is only a rest left there. Otherwise: Meltdown, Catastrophe .. No seriously, these people are incompetent. Don't give them (much) money!
