Horrible place to use for investing

Horrible place to use for investing. Everything works fine until they place a security hold on your funds at their whim. No customer service, no contact numbers or way to get a hold of them. You have to wait in limbo until they get around to emailing you. I'm livid and disgusted with Robinhood and still waiting to be able to access my account and funds. Customer service is virtually impossible to get ahold of, you can spend hours trying to contact someone. Companies that have a poor way to contact them, STAY AWAY

Robinhood is well named

Robinhood is well named, anyway. They try to rob from the rich (e.g., me) and give to . . . well, I guess themselves. Customer service is non-existent; they don't even try to resolve any issue that may come up. I'm sorry I ever invested any money through Robinhood.

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. Atrocious customer service. They make you (unknowingly) disable account withdrawals when you sign up, and then force you to jump through hoops just to transfer your money out of your account. Stay away from this clown brokerage.

Transferred all my assets away from…

Transferred all my assets away from RobinHood in March 2021. I do not trust this company with even $1 of my money. Because they had no customer service my account got hit with an unlabelled fee and they force liquidated a portion of my assets before i could get a response from them. I waited 10 business days with no response email from RobinHood and then I transferred out of RH, good riddance.

Bogus customer service.

After some of my crypto stocks on Robinhood simply disappeared from my portfolio and after I sent two emails to their non-existent "customer service" (they do not take calls, by the way), they never responded. This is a bogus website with bogus customer service. Pray that you won't encounter a problem because you can't call them and they do not respond to emails.
