It has all the functionality I need: track and prove message and content delivery, encrypt messages, send large files up to 1gb, e-signature capabilities, anti-whaling tools, AI tool that recommends functionalities in the moment of sending to ensure my messages are always sent with the right level of protection. What do you like best about RMail? Que se integra facilmente a cualquier plataforma de correo, en mi caso lo utilizo con Gmail. Con Rmail, certifico la comunicación y puedo además cifrar los mensajes, brindandome una comunicación confiable y segura, con certeza legal y técnica.

What do you like best about RMail? Legal proof of delivery is key within the industry I work in. RMail provides exceptional features such as proof of delivery, encryption, electronic signature and allowing a large file share internally and externally while making sure the recipient sent to is correct.

What do you like best about RMail? I like the way the software sits in my Outlook and Gmail. I can encrypt my most important emails to protect them from hackers. Also, I am glad that it allows me to Send Large Files up to 1GB and make my content viewable for a certain number of times. I like all the features that the software has to offer, which are very useful during this digital era.
