What do you like best about Riverside.fm? An economical podcast/meeting platform that affords excellent sound quality for remote interviews, easy to use for both host and guests, and not affected by faltering internet. Also friendly and prompt tech support.

What do you like best about Riverside.fm? The interface is really clean and easy but the rock star part is that it is recording at the best quality that can be recorded by everyone's device/phone/web cam. The highest quality video is so necessary and other platforms do not use that. Then you add in that it is very affordable, keeps your library in the cloud and can be accessed quickly. it works!

What do you like best about Riverside.fm? We moved off Zencastr to Riverside because of its stability and its better features. I love the accessibility of tech support at all times within the chat during the recording sessions.

Riverside.fm has lots of sync issues... Avoid

I signed up to Riverside.fm in Dec 2021 for my podcast because Zoom's audio quality was terrible. I needed something better than asking the guest to record audio on their iPhone's memo app and then email me the file. Some of the guests just failed to send it, and in other cases, the recording failed if they forgot to put their phone in flight mode (calls automatically stop recording of voice memos). What do you like best about Riverside.fm? Riverside is the easiest tool to record podcasts and videos in studio quality (I mean video and audio quality) from anywhere with just the browser and local recording up

Customer service turned my 1 star into 4.

Amending my review. My first customer service experience was not great and very unhelpful. But luckily my second one was amazing. Tomer was so incredibly helpful (and friendly) in helping me solve the issue I was having - and I am still on the free trial and not even a paying customer yet. Also, the quality of the recording was amazing and such an improvement to our previous software. My only issue is the files are HUGE (probably because they're so crisp), so I have a bit of an issue with ...
