"Unexpectedly Amazing"
What do you like best about Riverside.fm? After using Zoom, Teams etc, I went into looking for a software thinking that virtual podcasts are impossible to have excellent recording quality, but Riverside.fm blew my expectations out of the water.

What do you like best about Riverside.fm? Incredibly easy to use. Get UX and the end product is always high quality. I really like the easy snippet editing for social promotion and more. Looking to use more of its features as we ramp up audio.

What do you like best about Riverside.fm? We recently started using Riverside.fm for our new video podcast called Let's Get To the Points. We are all in remote locations and needed the ability to record ourselves in HD with a mix out and separate tracks. So far, everything seems to be working well. Even one star is too much for this…
Even one star is too much for this platform. Recorded a studio and tracks are missing and those who are present are incomplete and in "processing" state for hours. I cant recommend riverside. Now, I have to communicate to my customer that the session and his time was void. Thank you riverside.

"Impeccable service support"
What do you like best about Riverside.fm? We signed up for a paid account with Riverside after we started to use its free version for our podcast launch. What's impressive about the riverside team is their impeccable service quality, even before we switched to a paid account. Their chat support is always responsive and helps troubleshoot our recording issues (even on those beyond their service scope e.g. mic quality). We have no hesitation in recommending this service to any podcasters.
